If the water treatment equipment is not cleaned and replaced in time, the resistance of raw water through the filter element will increase. During the operation of the high pressure pump, the safety filter is in a vacuum state, resulting in a flat filter element. Insufficient skeleton support, poor compression capacity, slightly high pressure, and flat filter element. The pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the precision filter is 0.1-0.15MPa and should be replaced within 3-4 months.
When the precision of the filter element is not appropriate, not all systems are suitable for high-precision filters. When the water quality is poor, the diameter of the selected filter element is too high or the pressure exceeds the allowed high working pressure, which will also lead to the flattening of the filter element.
Usually installed in front of the pressure vessel, the safety filter can remove turbidity particles of more than 1 degree, so that the water intake meets the water intake requirements of the equipment. However, the filter element will become flat after a period of use, the main reason is:
1. The use time of filter element is long enough, and it is not replaced in time
If it is not cleaned and replaced in time, the resistance of raw water through the filter element increases, and the vacuum state of the safety filter occurs during the working process of the high pressure pump, resulting in the flat filter element.
The import and export pressure difference of the precision filter is generally 0.1-0.15mpa replacement, and it is usually replaced within 3-4 months.
2. Insufficient support of filter core skeleton
The skeleton support is insufficient, the pressure resistance is poor, the pressure is slightly large, and the filter element atrophies.
3. Improper selection of filter element and inappropriate filtration accuracy
The filtration accuracy is not suitable, and not all systems are suitable for filter elements with high filtration accuracy. If the water quality is poor, the filter bore is too high or the pressure exceeds the maximum allowable working pressure, it will also cause the filter to be flat.
4. The water inlet pressure is inappropriate
The fluctuation of inlet pressure will also cause the filter element to suck flat.
