1. For long-term deactivated filters, the inside and outside of the filter must be cleaned, the filter element removed, washed and dried, sealed with a plastic bag to prevent damage. Do not use hydrochloric acid corrosive substances as the cleaning agent. The temperature should not be too high to prevent the polypropylene from deforming. Avoid contamination and impact during storage.
2. If the filter element is to be soaked in acid-alkali washing solution, the soaking time must not exceed 24 hours. The temperature of the acid-alkali solution is generally 20°C-25°C. It is recommended that the ratio of acid or alkali to water be 20%. Finally rinse with ion-free water. The content of the protein is better than that of the commercial filtrate. The filter is best to use the enzyme solution to immerse the cleaning effect. When it is re-used, it must be cleaned before use, and then be disinfected with steam.
3. When the filter element is disinfected, it is necessary to pay attention to the time and temperature. Polypropylene is suitable for 121°C in the high-temperature sterilizer, steam sterilization at 0.1 Mpa steam pressure, 130°C/20 minutes, polysulfone and polytetrafluoroethylene When fluoroethylene is sterilized by steam, the temperature can reach 142°C, the pressure is 0.28Mpa, and the time is about 30 minutes. If the temperature is too high, the time is too long, and the pressure is too high, the filter element will be damaged.
